Robert Kenyon "Ken" Ripley, Jr.

SPRING HOPE – Robert Kenyon “Ken” Ripley, Jr., age 75, passed away on Saturday December 13, 2025. Born in Virginia Beach, VA, on August 3, 1950, he was the son of late Robert Ripley, Sr. and Martha Patton Ripley.

Ken is survived by his wife, Vickie Corbett Ripley; his sister, Martha Lynne Ripley; his brother, Alfred Van Patton Ripley “Chip” and wife, Kathy; his sister-in-law, Rebecca Corbett Barker; his niece, Heather Ripley Cooke and  husband Trevor; his nephews, Isaac Corbett Barker and wife, Margaret, and Adam Charles Barker; and his great-nephew, Paul Julian Barker.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, starting at 2:00 PM at Gibson Memorial United Methodist Church, 202 E. Branch Street, Spring Hope, NC 27882 with Rev. Terry Williams officiating. A reception will follow the memorial service.
